    Lightweight in good way!

    I had one of these and purchased another because as I get older and after having two rotator cuff surgeries in 4 years, I find the light weight of this so much easier to handle than my glass one. I still love, the heavy glass measuring cups, and they still have their place in my kitchen. However, this is so much easier to use for mixes, water to fill my coffee maker, etc. rather than the heavy glass. I don't put this in the microwave, and I don't use boiling liquids or fats in this but it has saved on my poor shoulders eliminating some extra weight when cooking and baking. I still do use glass but this is a wonderful alternative when I'm able to use Tupperware!
