The best part about this is the price. Within a year, the money saved from using the bread machine instead of buying bread from the store will have exceeded the purchase price, an important attribute in this economy. You can also make a wider variety of bread than you can get in store. It is very easy to use, simply add the ingredients, select type of bread, desired crust color, and weight of bread and press start. Three hours later, give or take, and you will have a fresh loaf. It is easy to clean. the pan and mixing paddle are nonstick. After the loaf is removed, remove the paddle and the small section of crust that get stuck underneath the paddle.Otherwise, simply wipe down with a sponge.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Machine is great! The human baker is not.
This is a good "entry" bread maker. It doesn't have the "bells and whistles" of other higher rated bread makers, but those machines are very expensive. I bought this because it has a gluten free cycle, and it has a "dough" cycle that allows you to mix/proof/knead and then you can pop it into the oven. The machine works well, but making gluten free bread is tricky. Through no fault of the machine, you need to be choosy and careful when selecting gluten free flour, type of yeast, and the temperature of the water.
