Par contre, je suis très mécontente de Mondial Relay : j'ai payé 8.90 euros pour un envoi à la maison par Colissimo. Or j'ai du aller chercher mon paquet et Mondial Relay m'a pas fourni l'adresse : LOCKER CHARTREUX 13004, il y en a plusieurs!! J'ai contacté un 09 où un employé très désagréable a contesté tout ca que je disais. Conforme à l'annonce et très bien emballée , l'affiche était dans une poche fermée , avec un morceau de carton à coté de celle-ci .
