    Great game despite frequent crashes

    The only reason I cannot give this game an 'excellent' rating is the frequent crashing. I have a brand-new MacBook Pro 15 with upgraded video and memory. Long and the short of it, this game will crash somewhat randomly - when starting a scenario, when editing fireworks, when pausing... there is no rhyme or reason to it I've found yet. You can play for a long time without crashing, however. But I still save after every new ride and in the middle of big rollercoaster building so that I don't lose anything. This has saved me a number of times! I love the on-ride cams. It makes up for the twitchiness and minor bugs in the game. I came from RCT1 & 2, so I'm used to the complex interface. I do wish this version would make things more consistent though... eg, ride entrances are on the ...

    Don't Play too Long!!! SO-So

    In RCT3 you are introduced to a wide variety of new sceniors, rides, and objects. I this version you can get 3-D and ride your ride for the extreme time of your life!!! I suggest not playing this game more than an hour because you will feel sick after all the 3-D action. The game has lots more ways to show how good of an imagination you have. The controls have changed a LOT!!! The icons are now on the side, workers will quit in not happy, and the graphics change a whole lot!!! I you are a starting on RCT then I suggest the original series. This is a pretty good game. THANKS FOR LOOKING!!!

    Really fun game!

    Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 is a great interactive game that is good for all ages. It incorporates creativity with learning. The game is very realistic when riding in a roller coaster, but the graphics are not that great. The software runs well on the computer is an affordable game. Some features were frowned upon when making coasters, but all in all it is a fun game that is hard to get bored of.

    Roller Coaster Tycoon 3

    I love the "coaster cam" and the edition more coasters and different rides from roller coaster tycoon 2. There are only two real problems I had with the game: 1. It is kinda slow on my Mac, although this isn't your guy's fault 2. It was also kind of confusing with all the options the game has. With the fireworks, how much of each food a vendor sells, the different themes, designing peeps, custom scenarios, and all the other custom scenarios the game has, it takes a VERY long time to make even a small park. The game needs to be simpler. For example, when you start building a roller coaster, instead of going to "custom-roller coaster mode" go into the preset or already designed coasters. So then all you have to do is click, drop, and go. Also the venders should automatically begin selling ...

    Fantastic buy!

    I'm so happy I found this game on e-bay for such a great price! I have been trying to find this version for a long time! It is so much fun for people who aren't into gaming. Very easy to use.
