It was my first time buying on eBay and I had a bad experience. I asked that they send me everything in the same package and they sent me in 3 separate packages. Communication is difficult and they do not follow the instructions that the customer requests. I have always bought from others. applications like Amazon, Walmart or Aliexpress and they always take into account the instructions that the customer requests. I don't know if I will buy eBay again but my first experience was quite unpleasant

Although the seller communicated well my package was delivered to an incorrect address and I could not convince them otherwise. The pictured home doe snot resemble mine in the slightest. They are very nice people, but I would be extremely cautious in ordering form them because their delivery service leaves a lot to be desired, google map or not, someone did make an error. I for one am finished as I cannot take the nonsense anymore.
