I did contact the seller. The seller offered to allow me to ship the knife back at my expense. The knife has the wrong sheath which would have been a deal breaker. Sorry, but the seller should have accepted responsibility--you don't have to be an expert to recognize that the knife is clearly too long for the sheath.
