    Item arrived damaged from VERY POOR packing. It was wrapped in just plastic wrap with NO bubble wrap around the control deck or any protection besides some plastic wrap. The screen was shattered as it was shipped inside a very thin sheet of bubble wrap with some cardboard that gave no protection at all. The seller's communication took a lot longer than it should have but I was taken care of and got a partial refund for the damage.

    This guy is a SCAMMER, I packed the item with cardboard protection just like HP and Dell they ship products in the same manner. THIS GUY IS A LIER, He told me he wanted to keep the items and get a refund from the post office. when he found out that the post office wanted the items back to issue the refund, he did not want to return them. so, he asked for a partial refund I have all the messages saved.
