Item was not as described due to it being a half dime rather than a Liberty Seated Dime. Seller acknowledged his mistake and was very cooperative in accepting the return and making full refund plus offering to reimburse for return shipping charges. Therefore, I have revised my rating of item description. Shipping charges of $19.00 seems rather excessive.
