Mac Programmer loves his Samsung S7 Edge
First off, I must say, I am a dyed-in-the-wool, Apple programmer. That being said... I can safely say that the Android OS is hands down better than the iPhone IOS. I still believe that Macintosh technology is superior to Windows, but when it comes to iPhones, Apple really is lacking and their offerings are way more expensive. I think they may have to seriously rethink their price/features points to compete in the next 5-10 years or they will lose massive market share. The iPhone is a good phone, but compared to the Samsung S7 Edge it's a better value, imho. The ability to use one of my other iMacs as a server to watch movies vie File Manager+ (a free app) is outrageously cool - not sure that the iPhone can do such a thing (unless you jailbreak it - a bit of a hassle) because there's no file manager. Of course I could be wrong, but I don't think so. As I just heard as of July, 2109, IOS will finally be featuring the use of external drives - (about time!) However, the S7 Edge has an easy to get at, built-in microSD slot which takes microSD cards up to 200GB! Overall, the S7 Edge is more delightful, has more cool features. If you want a way cool phone at a low price point - $150, the S7 Edge will not disappoint! Samsung delivers and Apple's iPhones will never be able to match Samsung's price point - I'm not going back to the iPhone. They're way too overpriced for the limited features. Sorry Apple. Samsung wins in the phone department!

It looked very much like new The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge G935U GSM Unlocked that1- i has G935V stamped in back and G935U in the phone system (in about phone shows it is G935U did not come with Verizon preinstalled apps ) I did not have any problem with that, it was true unlocked and got android 8 oreo updated right away 2-.the battery life when I checked with different software is only 60%, I don't know that because of new update could cause battery issue or the battery life has gone done , I am a fan of stock android and I did not like Samsung dialler and contact and messaging apps , I would recommend this phone around the same price that i bought or even cheaper than $ 200, even for new released Samsung galaxy, kind of disappointed ,i had better luck with Mid to high-end Motorola like ... Very good phone
I don't understand the small form factor question so disregarded that answer. The battery on mine doesn't make it halfway through the day. My advise is replace the original battery. I am still adjusting to the home button being on the back. I keep turning it off. But I will get it eventually. I do like the phone otherwise.

I usually check email, watch videos in Youtube and use Watsapps. Sometimes the phone becomes little responsive and it takes some 5 to 10 seconds to come back to normal. Compared with the Phone price(345$ brand new model) with latest s9 models or Iphone price this is excellent deal!! Regarding Battery life, it is decent. If you keep the better brightness it drains fast. We have to keep it to optimum level. Actually it charges very quickly. It is not a complaint as such. I am not worried about 1 year manufacturer warranty as any Brand NEW phone won't be having any issue during 1 year.I have used iPhone6 before getting this product.
