Writer goes into detail how important transition is and explains many of the obscure but extremely important, even crucial jobs the Federal Government does. You will get a better idea of why Trump was so damaging to our nation. Sadly, the people who most need to read a book like this are also the ones least likely to read it. It is an easy read though, maybe 250 pages. Well written. Author made me feel better about paying taxes and what the government does, but made me feel much worse about the fickle nature of our political system, as incompetent fools like Trump are allowed to infect this vitally important organization.
