    Replacement for magna 21 speed xl2 mountain bike. Good fit & performance.

    They're all cheap plastic inside and don't last long. Mine broke and of all the brands this is the least cheaply made. Just pull straight apart to access the cable. Hope these will last a few years as the previous set did. Everything is high price due to the pandemic so I will abstain from commenting on that.

    Shifty nirvana

    These shifters replaced in kind a pair of worn out Sram shifters on a 7100 model Trek hybrid. When I got them up and running it was night and day how much better they were than the old shifters. I didn't realize how poorly the old Sram shifters had gotten. These shifters work with a very light touch. The rear shifter is indexed and that feature works perfectly. I am very pleased with this product.

    This isn't a perfect product by any means, almost entirely plastic inside, but you can't beat the price and they will last long enough to keep an older 7speed bike going thru it's lifetime, even if you have to replace them more than once. They do look better than the original Sram twisters that came on the bike
