The item received was NOT what was described. I got the model A of the product instead of the model B. HOWEVER, the seller responded when the issue arose and quickly assisted me in resolving the issue with a partial refund. There's not many sellers that would treat their customers like this, so I would give them a rating of 9/10. I hope something like this doesn't happen again with this seller, but I am pleased with the outcome. I'm looking forward to buying more of their products.
