Even though this bowl appeared to be very well packaged, it was broken in mailing. The box appeared to have received very rough handling. I communicated my disappointment to the seller. She was disappointed as well, both because she thought the bowl was beautiful and because it cost her the value of the bowl (although she never mentioned her dollars lost). I had to learn to send pictures. She hadn't done a refund. The seller promptly obtained a refund for me! AAAAAA++++++ SELLER!!!
