I lost my first copy of The Innocent Age
I really missed my copy of The Innocent Age. I had the accompanying music book. I play my guitar to it almost every night in college. Losing it somewhere during my many move left me heartbroken. I tried to find it but no one had a copy of it. Decided to look on ebay and there it was. Now 30yrs later it brings back wonderful memories!!! Also, great cause my guitar collection has grown and I love playing along with it even more!!I really missed my copy of The Innocent Age. I had the accompanying music book. I play my guitar to it almost every night in college. Losing it somewhere during my many move left me heartbroken. I tried to find it but no one had a copy of it. Decided to look on ebay and there it was. Now 30yrs later it brings back wonderful memories!!! Also, great cause my guitar collection has grown and I love playing along with it even more!!

The Innocent Age/ Fogelberg, Dan
This is a remarkable two disc album/CD set. There is an abundant amount of talent and songwriting done on this recording. I believe this recording can give you an idea of all of the variations of style that Fogelberg did thru-out his many years.But for the most part, this recording reflects his soft rock style. As for his ability to relate with the listener regarding his writings, I think his look at life from birth to death, and some of the things in between, are reflected upon real well on this recording. There are many sweet melodies in most of the songs and if you aren't familiar with Fogelberg, gives you an idea of what many of his records were like, although with Fogelberg, you could get a variation from one album to the next.This is a remarkable two disc album/CD set. Dan Fogelberg - the Innocent Age.
This is Dan Fogelberg's crowning acheivement; an exploration of the whole cycle of life, from innocence and awakening down to the hard earned wisdom of old age. If you are a fan of the singer-songwriter genre, or a Fogelberg fan, this a must buy. This is actually a repurchase for me, as my last copy wore out. Hard to come by nowadays. Worth buying.

I have had this two album set before on cassette but really wanted the quality of CD. Amazing music. The songs you recognize from the airwaves are just the tip of the icebert. Dan Fogelburg uses amazing imagery in his lyrics and the depth of the music exceeds most modern offerings. If you enjoy rock with a folk touch that reaches your soul this is the set to own.
