Freight shipping coordination with seller was easy. Packing job was optimistic rather than appropriate. The black shrink wrapping completely obfuscated the machine, but also stretched too tight and broke the top light off and gave the shippers the sense that it was ok to leverage on parts of the machine that weren't sturdy, which resulted in a few dents. I'd recommend crating, as the mini pallet doesn't fit on 99% of pallet jacks, so it WILL be muscled around during transit.
