great communication and the laptop is in amazing condition. really satisficed with the transaction. my only comment would be that the packaging should have been better. the laptop did not come in the original box, which is fine, but the replacement should have been better made.

Listed stated shipping within 2 days It took 9 & arrived late. Msgs inquiring about the delay were vague & claimed some sort of glitch. Packaging was laughably inadequate. laptop was loose in a large box w/no padding of any kind. By some miracle it wasn’t damaged. The only thing preventing this from being negative feedback is because the cond. & function was as described. But between the shipping & packaging (lack of) on such an expensive item I would be hesitant to order again from Dell Outlet
