product must not have actually been qc checked. Cooler made some strange noise on first boot, got quiet and that was it. It no longer cooled the cpu and the cpu got up to 112 degrees Celsius. Had to use an old evga 360 while I wait on a cooler from a different brand.

Very good bang for your buck. Have this to help cool a 5800x3D. Kept the chip from throttling like it did on a Fuma 2. The box was damaged and the cooler itself had some damage. The radiator has some bent fins. It looks like this one was returned because it didn’t fit another case because there were scratch/scuffs all on the radiator. Also some parts were taken apart like the cpu mounting brackets. Didn’t have instructions so I had to get an online manual. It didn’t affect the performance.
