Package arrived safely. Fully functional as advertised! Top Rating for this seller! UPS did a really goofy thing by sending this to a military base and saying it was delivered successfully, even though I have no connection to that military base. But 5 days later, it arrived to me (eBay still shows it as being delivered "successfully" to the military base last week...smh), but none of this was the fault of the Seller. He did investigate to see what was going on rather than leave me hanging.

The graded card was just thrown in a bubble mailer. with no protection around it. Nor no invoice. Just a card in a bubble mailer. Shipping practices have a lack of desire. Not really the way you like to receive your item you purchase. Item should of been wrapped and protected. And should of been a packing list or copy of shipper included. Really hard leaving Positive feedback. I would not purchase from this seller again. Everyone wants to be a seller but theirs more to selling a card.
