This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    overall performance

    Lightweight,very comfortable to play,great tone,electronics are mid level but function quite well. Looks great and is a pleasure to play. Pricewise I would highly recommend this guitar.

    My husband's new love

    I got this for my husband for Christmas. He actually picked it out so when it came in he knew what it was. Even though we talked about him not opening it til Christmas, he begged like a child until I gave in. He hasn't taken it out of his hands since.
