This motor appears to be new but is not perfect.  It has some cosmetic scuffs and small dings from not being in its original box.  I replaced the pull chain and purchased a new power cord.  The fan is supposed to have 3 speeds.  When I tested it I could feel a difference in shaft speed and hear a noticeable difference in sound between high and medium.  The difference between medium and low was not as noticeable.  The oscillation maintains the same speed for all shaft speeds.  When running, the motor is not quiet but there's nothing that sounds abnormal and would be ok in an industrial space.
