The seller is guilty of false advertising. The items were advertised as being in new condition. However the items have already been opened and appear to be used. They arrived wrapped up in papers instead of in the original crosman packaging. One of the items is broken and missing the assembly piece at the bottom that is utilized to screw in the 12g CO2 cartridge. I'm going to file a complaint with ebay customer service.
