Seller was very unprofessional. Ordered was placed by mistake and within 2 minutes of placing the order I requested to cancel it and contacted the seller immediately to inform them. Cancellation request was denied 10 mintues after that and order immediately shipped. eBay was contacted by me as seller refused to communicate from the start. Seller still refuses to cooperate and no contact made and now I have to go through 100 hoops to return the item with eBay customer service. Terrible.

Buyer used extortion by making a threat to leave negative feedback if they didn't get an immediate full refund after the item was already shipped. So we didn't take the threat lightly and called eBay who agreed that using extortion is against eBay policy. We were advised by eBay not to communicate with this bully. Perhaps if they had not made the threat we would have felt comfortable figuring out a solution but they were hostile.
