The lens was in even better condition than the photos on the seller's eBay page suggested, basically A-grade except for a scratch on the lens cap. Seller's comments on items via messaging are to be believed. Even though I paid import duties of GBP 140 (US$ 180), this was still a much better deal than buying same lens from greedy UK sellers. Delivery by FedEx was late, exceeding FedEx's own deadline for the delivery by a full 5 days, but this was FedEx's fault, not the seller's.

There was some paint rash on the item but that happens with older diecast but it was not real bad. The was used as listed but outside of some paint rash was in excellent shape. Seller was excellent with communication. This seller was a good experience and I would purchase from again.
