I was disappointed the item was never shippped. However, buyer did explain that she was moving and did not know where items was. I was issued a refund. I also felt buyer could've been better at responding to offers. I did send an offer and never got a response. Having said this I do understand that moving can be stressful and chaotic.

I explained to the buyer right away that I had to cancel and refund the order to avoid my 100% on time shipping rating. I immediately also explained that the item had been moved to storage (unknown to me) by my husband during a renovation and that I would get over to the storage later that week and get back to her. I was unable to find this item and explained I would be happy to contact her should I locate this item in the future. Keep in mind that this was a $10 pair of children's jeans.
