Wings broke off during the shipping my guess poor packaging was the reason. Very poor attempt at putting bubble wrap around the piece then paper. Fairy was out of the bubble wrap an in the paper along with the broken off wings. Pack better.

Very sorry to hear that. We did attempt to wrap the piece in bubble wrap and tape it up. As well as add packing paper for spacing. We are new to more fragile pieces and will learn from this and will pack better to prevent issues likes this from happening again.
