The item was not like the photo’s, ive asked specially before i ordered it if it was an original and the told me it was exactly as the original. Unfortunaly its missing the logo’s on the back. They give an refund but that didn’t covered the complete costs of the purchase. Fake seller, he told afterwards that Castore sent some “different samples” to him but het didn’t had time to check it.

sadly you were never happy even before the purchase and your intention to complain about the item started before the item was even shipped. Once the item arrived I worked with you to resolve the issue and even refunded you and allowed you to keep the item. sadly this was never enough! awful customer with a really bad attitude and I'm glad I never have to do buisness with you again!
