Pre-owned items can be risky, but seller had provided many detailed photos, so I felt confident. The item arrived very well packaged. First thing I did was cleaning it, since it’s a pre-owned vacuum component. Well the rag came out spotless, not one speck of dust! I want to tell the seller how much I appreciate that, thank you so much, my Dyson works like brand new again 🥰 (shipping costs to Canada is a little spicy but I know it’s not sellers fault, and item price was very reasonable)
