There is no precise description of the product. I made four purchases from that seller and two arrived incomplete, pieces were missing. It says that they are sold in parts on the box labels. It does not specify that accessories are missing.

Im sorry that you weren't happy about the transaction. Since this is the first Im hearing of this is here, I would encourage you to reach out to us so we can try to resolve this for you. That said, the units are "parts only" with all included items in the photo. The description does indicate we do not know what is wrong with the units and that they are defective and or missing parts and to refer to the images for whats included.
