Seller immediately printed a shipping label, but the item didn't ship till 5 days later, and that was only after I asked what the holdup in shipping was. I received a completely different Tascam product. Mistakes happen and I can accept that. I sent him a pic of the wrong item and he said he would "check with his online". Never heard from him again. I returned the item and got a refund, but only when I escalated to Ebay.
