Untrue add - Not “NEW”. Both not new, not useable, not safe to use, not fit for the intended use. 1) normal clear wrapper missing, 2) boxes have been opened & taped closed (who knows what contamination is inside), 3) the boxes are scribbled on, 4) the paper boxes are smudged, torn & abraded. Please send a return shipping label or other directions. I demand my money back.

Items pictured (7 photos) were exact items sent. Boxes are my retail shelf pulls and do show, after 7 years, shelf wear and inventory numbers, but canister filters inside are hermetically foil sealed from the factory and in full shrink wrap (double sealed). Boxes were taped to prevent opening during transit, and don't offer any contamination protection. They are thin, un-sealed cardboard boxes meant for display purposes. Offered to refund if not happy upon successful return of the NEW product.
