Though this is described by seller 'ESTEFANIA-2009=STAMPS AND COINS" as "used" it was encased in clear plastic by Ruben & had all the evidence of being NEW. The shipping time had its arrival to me ahead of the "estimated due date". No written note/seller's communication was with the "Valentino . . . inner cigar box embossed label" but the seller's careful addressing of the envelope to the P. O. with the merchandise to me gave the impression that the seller "Ruben Vera" is a 5 star seller.
