    What a vacuum!

    My previous machine was a Hoover. I thought that was a great vacuum. After seven years the hoover kicked the bucket and I purchased this vacuum. Putting it together was a snap, literally everything just snaps into place. I regularly vacuumed with the hoover, and today I was amazed by this little vacuum, not only was it way quieter, it was sucking up everything the previous vacuum left behind, and let me tell you I was shocked at what still lay in the carpet! I must have sucked up at least 2 bins full of dust and pet hair that the other just never got. This thing has suction for days, I had to let off some of the suction for my carpets because it took some real muscle to move it across the floors. Switching from a med pile carpet to shag and then bare floor was a breeze no changing heights, ...

    Ok vacuum..probably a reason you see so many of these refurbished.

    Purchased refurbished and it arrived looking like it had been well used for a year or two. Just be aware you might get lucky and get one that looks new, or like ours one with lots of cosmetic issues. Seems to have good suction and very mobile. A couple of things I did not like is there is not on vacuum storage for all the accessories, especially the extension tube. Other minor pet peeve is the exhaust blows out the front of the vacuum and when moving towards a fixed object like furniture, or a wall, it blows hot vacuum air in your face. The cannister is a little hard to clear as there is a spot where debris gets trapped and the only way to fully clean it it to stick you hand in the cannister and pull the excess out. Decent for the price but would not buy this brand refurbished again. ...

    Excellent little vacuum with great features

    Bought this because my Kirby, while great, is huge and heavy and changing bags constantly gets annoying. This Shark is wonderful, comes with almost all the same attachments, except the shampooer and the sprayer, gets into all the tight corners, weighs less than half the Kirby, and you can throw the container in the dishwasher. YAY! The little headlights a bright, it picks up pet fur like nobody's business, and it's quiet compared to most vacuums. I LOVE this thing.

    Awesome! Pet w COPD

    I am in love with this vacuum..My old Shark pet vac finally bit it after 10yrs. It was larger and heavy. This vacuum has great power and is very light although smaller. I have nerve damage and issues, so the light weight is really wonderful. Purchased a refurb...and it was mint out of box. No signs of use at all-no cosmetic damage either. My pet has COPD/Chronic Bronchitis, and this vacuum is great with fur and litter. Worth every cent even if retail priced.

    Better than expectations!

    Im extremely happy with my Shark Navigator Pro! The head attachment is the perfect size with swivel. The suction is amazing! The cord length is longet thanthe standard model. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the Shark product. I had to get the Shark steam cleaner as well and what a team! Life just got easier and cleaner at my house!
