    Most of the time we think of Indian cooking as just tandoori, naan or curries, but cooking instructor Suneeta Vaswani explores the differences and similarities in her native land's regional foods. Following an informative overview of regional culinary traditions, there is a list of Indian spices and herbs. The main chapter features courses such as appetizers, meats, fish, vegetables and sweets. From the saffron scented dishes of the north to mustard oil-tinged creations from the east, spicy selections from the south and the diverse taste of the west. Within each chapter the recipes are organized and color-coded by region.     So easy to understand and I wanted to cook some of the recipes in it. A friend of mine had the hard copy,even though this is soft copy the price was resonable on eBay. Everything about it,I love Cilantro Mint Chutney dipping my vegetable fritters in,(cripping hot). That it wasn't a hard copy book(dislike that).
