Even though my order was not correct, I rated them 5 stars as they were so quick to fix the problem. I received the Ahava lotion promptly, but there was only one in the box and I had ordered two. I emailed the company and they responded within minutes. After checking the packing slip, they apologized for the error and said they would issue a credit. The credit was showing within 15 minutes on my credit card. Thankful for companies that will follow through promptly with what they say.
