Item was described as new inbox but when received was full of water as if it was used. I contacted seller who claimed what I was describing didn't match their process for quality assurance. But there was no deceit, when I opened the package and removed the cover over the prongs, water spilled out everywhere. Regardless of the counterclaim, the seller did issue full refund and made it right immediately, which I appreciate. Hoping my situation was a one-off but "buyer beware".
