Not the greatest packaging & when the box arrived it was opened on one end was not taped up very well, only one side was taped up & both ends should've been taped securely. But the item was bubble wrapped very well and thankfully arrived as described undamaged, I do give the seller credit for good communication when I asked a question. And updates on shipping wasn't that great at all on location until a few hours before item arrived through usps, but that could be thier fault.

I really wish you had not given me neutral feedback. Was the item as described? Yes. Also, I am not responsible for the shipping updates. USPS is. Lastly, I dont know what happened to the box. It was taped very well when it was shipped.
Again the product arrived as promised so the feedback should have been positive.

Easy transaction. Fair price. Good quality. Packaging was not done the best as there were loose screws floating around the box when it arrived. I was nervous to find damage to the product but inside the box, the items were protected very well from the loose screws. Just the mounting screws popped out of their small box and got loose inside the shipping package. All ended up fine.
