Great conditions, accurate reading!
Very pleased with the tool, item as described, tested as soon as It was received. Very accurate,(T1) read .5°F temperarure difference in an ice bath compared to the wire type thermocouple (T2) that came with my thermometer, which has been recently calibrated. Temperature offset from this thermocouple clamp isn't a big deal for my particular application. Definitely recommend the use of this accessory.Very pleased with the tool, item as described, tested as soon as It was received. My review PLUS a question for anyone who can answer it
I'm an AC contractor and I have had this product for about 20 years and used it all the time--then somebody came along and STOLE IT along with all the contents of the bag I carried it in, including the meter that I used it with. I replaced the clamp with a new one, BUT mine also needed an adapter that first plugged in between the meter and the probe. I cannot find this adapter or a meter like I had ANYWHERE! I would assume that there has to be a new Fluke meter which would have a way of plugging this probe into it without that adapter. Otherwise the adapter would be sold along with the probe just as it was when I first bought mine sometime in the 90s. I may just have to call Fluke for an answer.
