Item arrived in a timely manner, sadly while it looks like it was packaged well, the box looks like it was torn on the side and taped back up. It was missing some small parts, I'm thinking it was done in shipping by the looks of it. Since I was using this in my chicken run we were able to cobble it together well enough to be sturdy and it will work for our needs. It seems to be a nice little playhouse and I'm sure children would have fun with it.

The leaps and rebounder was listed as “USED.” However, other than a couple punctures in the back of the box, everything appeared as though it was not opened and items in the box were still factory sealed. 
I got this product for a little under the original manufacture price including with the warranty I purchased for you/refurbished products. The item also has a lifetime warranty under its original manufacture, regardless of where I bought the item. I give this seller and A+ item/fast shipping
