After purchase seller blocked messages not giving me answers, tried eBay messaging, website , and FB, got a reply on FB to try again, and still message failed. The manual says will not work without batteries, but advertised it will work without batteries. False advertising. Now I’m forced to buy batteries and battery breaker. Terrible service. 1st inverter had great service from Abby. Including pics of conversations so everyone can see for themselves.

Fast shipment, carefully factory packed with protection in transit. Unit out of the box worked with DC applied first. Ran initial tests of the inverter w/ 24VDC input and it started a 12 amp 120V load motor no problem. Hard wired the unit in with a small load center for more output protection on the AC side, AC-in has it's own internal breaker. WIFI module a bit tricky, works fine. Seller very attentive and wanted to be sure all went well thru the entire install. Recommended Five Stars!
