It doens't go on cakey, and it STAYS that way, with a nice, dewy finish that doesn't look fake or powdery. As an older woman, I 100% recommend this product to all of my older friends, and it comes in a wide range of shades, so there really is a shade for everyone. Also, it is buildable, so for coverage, it's spectacular. Highly recommend!
