Excellent seller communication! There was some delay with the shipping provider but the seller made contact to let me know they were aware of the delay and were tracking the issue. Item arrived as described.

First item never arrived, tracking never updated. Seller shipped out a second package and it arrived within a week. The carrier the seller uses has terrible rating and many complaints about packages never arriving. I would suggest changing to USPS from the beginning instead of dealing with the poor service and slow delivery time of the initial carrier.
