Took cats time to get used to & the front door needed to be popped off (done easily by bending slightly). Difficulty inserting the back panel because the plastic channels were very stiff. Will take out bottom tray to clean up inside the box. Cats kicked a lot of litter out of the box thru the front door because the tray is lower on the side than what they were used to. Keep that in mind when buying! Otherwise, very pleased.

Our communications were courteous, and, when the missing parts could not be replaced, the Seller immediately initiated a refund.
