The shipping took longer than expected by USPS but the seller was fantastic in communication and follow up. Seller did everything possible to ensure a smooth transaction and kept humanity out in front of our highly mechanized business practices. There are still good honest people out there and this seller is one of them, endorsed as highly recommended! and BTW, my husband loves the book.
