Seller sent wrong item as what was described in post/ad. Seat was damaged when I opened box however, once I contacted this seller he understood the issue and issued a refund immediately. Excellent customer service by this seller and highly recommend him for purchases. I suspect the person who sold him the unit knew it was damaged or maybe it happened in shipment however it was packed well. He stands behind his product and hope to deal with him again. A+++Merchant. I contacted the seller and told her that I had seen the email too late. She promptly issued a refund of $10 to my credit card. What a gem!
