Item finally arrived as described but very late! Seller really needs to consider shipping by UPS or FedEx other than using United States postal service which is slower than a snail I purchased my item on February 21st did not arrive until March 7th I deal with eBay all the time buying stuff and this is definitely one of the longest I had to wait for an item. Seller had good communication skills but I requested a refund twice but refund would not be provided to me

I did my job and did it well. USPS did not do such a great job. Buyer was upset and wanted a refund while there was movement on the tracking number... not practical. If there no movement on the tracking I would have issued a refund after USPS completed there missing item search. Closest ups/fed ex to me is about 80 miles away so my options are limited.

    Useful for Those Who Use Melatonin

    I use melatonin most nights and when I wake up during the night I like to use these as they're easy to take--they dissolve quickly and don't have harmful sugar but are actually good for your teeth and taste good. The 1 mg makes choosing how much you want easy. My friend's doctor suggested she take some melatonin before bed and some when she wakes up, so these would be good for both, though I can use another form before bed.

    It's really helpful

    The best way to take this is take one 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed time. If I want to take a nap during the day I take half of one and I wake up refreshed. It also had the great taste of strawberry.
