Seller sent wrong item. I wanted the metal version of the item which was listed and what I paid for. I received the cheaper plastic version. I only bought off them because it was the metal version they were selling. This was an international transaction so basically it’s too expensive to return it so I’m stuck with something I could have bought faster and cheaper here. Seller does not respond to messages. Pretty disappointing.

I ordered a three handle bathtub - shower faucet. It was as described. It arrived on the earliest date provided. I liked in the description, it said “chrome/ metal”. Metal was important to me and it is metal, not chrome colored plastic. It also included the valve. These are the two main reasons I ordered this from Jay. Other sellers did not give as clear a description and were only a few dollars less in price. I am very happy with this purchase from Jayhardware.
