Delivery was right on time and prompt. However, one Lift Recliner Chair had 2 arm cushions for the left arm and none for the right arm. I am having problems getting them to respond with a resolution. After several emails, they still wanted a picture of the problem. I have sent a picture from another email account without feedback from them.
