    Thank you for your patience, and we're glad to hear it finally arrived. Something has happened with USPS starting on 11/29 for some reason where many packages are taking way longer to be delivered than they should. Many packages are not receiving any tracking scans for 7 to 10 days when they should have been delivered within 2 to 3 days. We hope USPS gets back to normal here soon, but we assume that it has something to do with the increased volume of shipments during the holiday season.
