Very POOR quality night vision. DO NOT BUY these if you want to be able to see at night. Save your money and buy a different brand. Seller is not very good about backing up what he sells and doesn’t want to refund for selling poor quality cameras. Response was , good quality for what I paid and better than most entry level cameras. But Ring or Nest and get better quality for about the same price.

This buyer left a negative because we turned him into eBay because he was dishonest and deceptive in his reason for his return. The cameras were Arlo directly certified and worked perfectly as advertised. He attempted to use IR night vision for distances that far exceeded outdoor IR cameras are capable of. Then after using them for weeks just threw them all in a box without any protection for the return.

I only used cameras for 2wks.I was out of town for over a week and couldn’t take them down until I got back.I put them up before I left and requested a return after seeing the poor quality at night,plus 1 of the cameras didn’t work.I put them in box with bubble bags.I didn’t keep the original box to return them in because I assumed they were going to be good.Seller was rude and called names in messages because I wanted a refund.He lied to eBay about returned condition.Ebay gave refund👍

It took me a min to figure it out. the reason is because i use a split head set. This means that the mic and speaker are on a separate audio jack. i also have a joiner, this means an adaptor to make it just a single audiojack, witch i missplaced. well i figured i use it same as my Xbox 360 just using the mic audio jack, well it doesn't work that way, but its ok because i can use a pair of ear buds with mic and it works great. so a lil advice to every one. try different mics before thinking it doesnt work. The one i bought was $17 so it was ALOT cheaper than buying a new controller ($50-150) or a new Xbox One headset witch new are going for about $50-100 give or take...It took me a min to figure it out. the reason is because i use a split head set. It stopped working after TWO WEEKS! I’m bought this mic adapter for Xbox controller because the internal auxiliary port stopped working. I got it on time and I’m good condition. Plugged it into the controller and it worked like a champ for only two weeks. It started when my controller shutoff because it was out of juice. As usual I stuck new batteries in the back and turned controller on to see that the mic adapter wasn’t turning on or recognized that there was a mic cord in the adapter port. I tried several attempts at getting to it work again like taking it out putting it back in, shutting off my mic and controller, and even resetting my Xbox to see if that did anything. Nothing worked in the end. Very dissatisfied it is now a 26 dollar piece of plastic.It stopped working after TWO WEEKS! This tiny little adapter runs you about $35-$50 (For the oem microsoft adapter). You think that you would be getting what you pay for, but you aren’t. I’ve had my adapter for less than a week, it’s already starting to have issues. Sometimes I have to un-plug it and plug it back in to make it work. Sometimes even after doing that, it won’t work and I have to restart my controller. If I paid $5-$10 I wouldn’t be complaining, but I paid $40 for this piece of plastic. Came on time packaged nicely and arrived in excellent condition. Plugged it into the controller, it fit snug and the headset cable plugged right in with a snap.
