Great job with the packaging, adding cardboard to keep it from shifting around during shipping. Shipping time was great (took 4 days). But, when the CD arrived the jewel case was cracked which was not shown to be broken in the picture. I don't know if it happened during shipping or it was like that when you owned it, a little frustrating.
